CANCELLATION POLICY In case of cancellation of purchases of products offered by CHIANTI LIVE SRLS, the costs of penalties will be charged in relation to the individual services making up the tourist package or sold individually. The penalties will be applied according to the cancellation times of the requested service starting from the start date of the service itself. not less than the minimum of € 15.
