Setting off from the centre of Radda in Chianti, we will cycle along the famous white roads of L\u2019eroica, surrounded by vineyards, olive groves and oak woods. After a few kilometres, we will reach Vagliagli, a small Chianti town whose name derives from the valley of the garlics, and continue on through Dievole, where a charming tree-lined avenue will take us to a compulsory stop for a picture and some healthy relaxation.<\/p>\n

We will then set off again downhill along the Arbia stream, which the great Dante Alighieri mentioned in his Divine Comedy, and then cycle back up through the vineyards of our beloved wine towards Castello di Ama,<\/p>\n

another small Chianti town where time seems to have stood still. The last effort for a few kilometres will take us to Poggio San Polo for a typical light lunch on a small farm, including local cold cuts, some excellent pasta and a delicious glass of Chianti.
