GSSS + Eroica in Moto Driving Course
May 20th Friday
The 2016 edition Eroica in Moto will start on May 20th with the driving course organized by GSSS friends, 80 km of gravel roads through vineyards, farmhouses and unique landscapes, the route has been studied by our guides will take participants to finally the great day with a visit and tasting at the House of Chianti Classico, recently refurbished former Franciscan convent renovated by the Chianti Classico consortium that has made its headquarters.
During the visit we will have opportunity to visit the wonderful sensory journey that will lead you to discover this area, one of a kind, and the characteristics of wine that is produced.
L’Eroica in Moto
May 21th Saturday
Starting L’Eroica in Moto, from Gaiole in Chianti to the Crete Senesi, Montalcino direction, 209km of dirt mixed with some stretches of asphalt, a suitable path to all riding levels, exciting and fascinating at the same time.
The first stop is in Montalcino for the endorsement of the pass, and then take the path leaving behind the rolling hills of the Crete Senesi, framed by cypress trees that stand on these gentle slopes.
We are back in Chianti, the real one !! In Radda awaits another stop for the endorsement, accompanied by a fantastic “FETTUNTA”, the bruschetta with olive oil, with the collaboration of the Municipality of Radda in Chianti.
A few more kilometers and we arrival.
But The Eroica in Moto does not end there.
